Q. WILL YOU REPAIR MY APPLIANCE ON YOUR FIRST VISIT?
A. We always aim for single-visit and same-day repairs. To accomplish this goal, we load our vans with more than 90% of the most commonly used manufacturer parts plus all of the needed tools to fix your appliance on the first service call. On the rare occasion when we need to come back a second time, there is never an extra service charge. Over the years we estimate that we have been about 95% successful in doing appliance repairs on just one visit.
Q. WHAT IS YOUR TIMEFRAME FOR SAME-DAY APPOINTMENTS?
A. When you schedule a same-day service call, we will set up a 2-3 hour window for when our technician will arrive at your home. We fully understand how important your time is and we do our best to arrive during the early part of the service window. But, if the appointment before yours lasts longer than expected, the “window” lets our technician do that job correctly and still have time to arrive for your repairs during the allotted time. Our repairman will call 10-15 minutes before they arrive at your home.
